• I've heard of MaxPreps, but what's MaxPreps Advantage? Is it the same thing?

  They're connected, but different. You already know MaxPreps: it's where scores, standings, and stats live for high school sports. MaxPreps Advantage is the film and analytics product built on top of that. It automatically turns your NFHS Network game stream into organized film, stats, and breakdowns. Instead of spending hours on manual video work after a game, you wake up to it already done. Same trusted name, but now with the coaching tools behind it.

• Do I have to film my own games or buy a camera?

  No. If your school already streams on the NFHS Network, the cameras are already installed and maintained. Games auto-import after the stream ends. If you have away games or non-NFHS Network games you want to include, you can upload those manually too. The same breakdown process applies.

• How long does it take to get film and stats after a game?

  Typically 8 to12 hours. You can wake up the next morning to your game already broken down.

• Who logs the stats? Is it AI?

  Real people, not AI. Human operators log every stat breakdown, and someone from our team is available 24/7 to assist you.

• Does it cover my sport?

  MaxPreps Advantage supports volleyball, basketball, soccer, flag football, baseball, softball, football, lacrosse, and field hockey.

• What does it actually cost?

  $600 per team per season for Advanced Breakdowns. If your school streams on the NFHS Network, there's also a free All Access tier that includes the video library, auto-import, and unlimited storage.

• Can my JV teams use it too?

  Yes. JV teams get free basic editing tools without needing the full Advanced Breakdown package.

• Can my players access their own film and stats?

  Yes. Athletes get individual logins with access to their personal clips, stats, and sport-specific charts. You can also assign them specific film to review.

• Is it hard to learn? Will it create more work for me?

  The whole point is less work. Training is available live and on-demand, and the core workflow is designed around you waking up to a breakdown that's already done.
