PlayOn Sports has announced the acquisition of MaxPreps, America's leading high school sports digital platform. This strategic acquisition combines MaxPreps' comprehensive sports information and content with PlayOn streaming and ticketing solutions to create the industry's most complete high school sports platform. 

PlayOn Sports is the leader in high school sports media and technology, operating the NFHS Network (the largest high school streaming platform) and GoFan (the leading digital ticketing solution for high schools). PlayOn partners with over 49 state athletic/activities associations and thousands of high schools nationwide to connect communities with their local sports programs.

Founded in 2002, MaxPreps is America's source for high school sports information, providing comprehensive coverage of scores, schedules, rankings, statistics, and content for 29 different sports across all 50 states. MaxPreps serves millions of athletes, coaches, parents, and fans monthly through its digital platforms.

This acquisition creates a high school sports ecosystem that seamlessly integrates comprehensive sports information with live streaming, digital ticketing, and fan engagement tools. By combining these complementary services, we can better serve schools, athletes, coaches, and fans with an enhanced and unified experience.
